ORLANDO, FL – When Jordan Lynch recently decided to take up Jiu Jitsu, his motivations were layered: self-defense, a new physical challenge, and a discipline he could eventually share with his two children.
Now, as he joins QualityHub as Senior Technical Recruiter, Lynch is bringing more than a new hobby with him. He’s applying the core principles of the martial art – strategy, leverage, patience, positioning, and the ability to read people – to help him navigate conversations, build strong relationships, and create strategic matches between talent and opportunity.
“Having a strategy in place, as well as phenomenal patience and listening skills, is essential as a recruiter because those abilities help identify the best professional for a job so they’re not only technically sound and able to do things right, but are also the proper fit for high-pressure roles,” he said. “Building that strong base with a professional before proceeding to a job placement is a must.”
While at QualityHub, Lynch – who describes himself as “very process-oriented” – will drive initiatives to attract and place outstanding technical professionals for clients in the medical device, pharmaceutical, biologics, and combination device/drug products arenas.
“I’ve dabbled in a lot of different commodities throughout my career, but there’s something extra special and satisfying about working with clients whose companies are regulated by the FDA.” – Jordan Lynch
With Lynch joining the team, QualityHub is further expanding its ability to scale across contract, consulting, and project-based engagements, while deepening QHub’s commitment to regulatory compliance and quality excellence. He brings a strong background in business development, contract and consulting services, and project management, along with strategic expertise in clinical operations and regulatory and quality compliance within spaces regulated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
“I’ve dabbled in a lot of different commodities throughout my career, but there’s something extra special and satisfying about working with clients whose companies are regulated by the FDA,” Lynch said. “It’s great to influence the work that these companies do and know that it’s for the greater common health of family, friends, and ultimately, the world.”
