Orlando, FL – If there’s one thing Austin Griffing knows, it’s how to tackle a problem as part of a winning team. A member of Connecticut-based Canterbury School’s football team in 1995, the former running back and linebacker was recently inducted into the high school’s Hall of Fame in May – three decades after the varsity team’s inaugural championship season.

“That year, in ’95, our team made it to the championships – it was the first time we did that. It was quite the surprise for Canterbury to honor the entire team in this way, so many years after that first successful season,” Griffing said.

And now Griffing brings that team-centered spark to QualityHub Inc. as its new VP of Business Development; he joined the full-service consultancy on Aug. 11. QualityHub develops pre- and post-market regulatory and quality systems strategies for life sciences spaces, including MedTech, pharmaceutical, combination products, and biologics.

“Working collaboratively with teams – coming together to develop those game time winning strategies with execution – is the same energy I learned early on, and I’m bringing this same state of mind to my new role with QualityHub,” he said.

Griffing has a proven track record in driving growth across the device, drug, combo product, and biologics industries and his leadership journey spans start-ups and established organizations alike, including ProPharma Group, Black Diamond Networks, and Oxford Life Sciences. His extensive background includes leading strategic initiatives and blowing past sales targets, most recently for the quality, compliance, and engineering division for life sciences recruitment firm Planet Pharma.

Griffing’s hands-on approach and expertise in building strong client relationships will be instrumental as QualityHub expands its business and deepens its market presence.
